Ah yours must be a standard clutch. The Sachs race clutch is really quite heavy.

Yeah mate standard clutch. I imagine the Race clutch would be. The exedy one I put in the subaru was quite heavy and short. Really took a hammering well tho, Especially with launch control. The Mrs wasn't too keen on whiplash tho

Nice car! How come your selling it? What caused the gearbox to need replacing? I take it your in Belfast?

As i said ive owned the car for 4 years now and just think its time for a change before owning that car i had 10 different cars and ive only been driving 7 years, so that 10 cars in 3 years lol. was always bored after a while but once i got the 150 golf that was me. but its that time again. Think it was just wear on the gear box, altho i was racing down the road cus i was in bit of a hurry and thats when it went. So while that was gettin done i just had the clutch and flywheel done to b on the safe side. yeah cars in belfast, just thought i'd post it up here to see if there was any interest, as if it came to it i'd travel over to england for the right car.

I HAVE JUST  BROUGHT A 03 ,1 OWNER FULL SERVICE 81000K LEATHER,CRUISE,PARKING SENS,SUNROOF,
HAD TO PAY £6700 FROM A DEALER BIT OVER THE TOP BUT A GREAT CAR GOOD ONES ARE HARD TO FIND AND WHEN YOU DO, YOU HAVE TO PAY ,IF YOU LOVE THEM
