Rhyso - what system have you got? Possibly looking at getting a new turbo back and piperx panel filter. Would you notice the difference low/mid range with both? Sorry for thread hi-jack but still on the same topic!

Milltek Downpipe and Prospeed (local company) cat back

With just the downpipe I gained around 10bhp through the mid-range and about an extra 20lbs ft torque.  That's with an R-Tech Stage 1 map

so if i was too get a local company to take cat off and fit straight through pipe along with my egr delete u reackon it wouldpass? and is there a need for remap  as mine hitting the 140k mark gonna smooth the air box and get decent pannel filter  try see what i can get out of this 100pd without it explolding due to age and millage but if it too much to ask from th engine i will leave it.
