sort bolts out for cage may just weld it in ? also weld in a harness bar

FFS get some CDS notched and weld in harness bars to your diagonal hoop.

Do it properly!

Oh and whatever you're doing with the cage, make sure the mounts for the feet are made up and welded in properly, too.

yup want to get the harness espically before it goes on the road do u think i would be better off getting another diagonal put in as well ??

the mounts are the ones that came with the cage so should be all good would you weld the cage feet to the mounts ?

bit of bad news to my crank is past it so need to source another
i would just change engine but the hassle it was trying to get dvla to get the engine number changed first time round was a mare

If you have someone competent with a welder I'd definitely get a second diagonal put in.  Do check the Blue Book for regs on tube before doing this though and use the right stuff!

If the mounts are designed to have the cage legs bolted to them then do that, make sure you use good quality bolts though.

Depends whether you think you might want to take the cage out again - if you don't think you will go ahead and weld 'em in!
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
