yeah there should only be one o-ring but i found when i tried putting on the new o-ring that it wasnt tight enough so i squeezed 2 into the groove

Thanks mate, the current o ring is really hard (like solid plastic) I have yet not found a suitable or ring, Halfrauds don't do them (well the one by me does not)

Did you have to cut yours off with a scalple?

I guess as long as the new o ring is just bigger then the diameter of the screw then it will do it's job?

they go hard after time. cant remember how i get mine of but im near enough sure i cut it off somehow

the ones i got werent a perfect fit either. hence why i squeezed 2 on

shouldnt lower the mpg that much. main reason for getting a tight fit is to stop the screw untwisting under engine vibration and slowly raising the idle speed
