I took all that housing apart and crammed sealant everywhere.. i hate water leaks!  :grin:

Fitted it last night, should have crammed a load of sealant in but the part i guess was from GSF and it totally sh!te! Temp sensors are slightly loose in the housing and then piss out a load of water!! Not f**king happy, at least the other leaks that were happening i could at least seal.. :rolleyes:

I've ordered all new O ring seals, but 6 instead of 3 as i'm still sure it's just the seals.. we shall see though..

Well looks like i'm not as useless as i thought! :grin:

With all new seals and some of my favourite silicon sealant, we have no more leaks!!!! :cool: :grin:

Hopefully this will stop the expansion tank pissing out everywhere as i am assuming it was not pressurizing properly?

No leaking anymore :cool:

Front bumper has been touched up and no longer has black parts! :grin:

Sunroof slider thingy has been put back together since being sprayed, that should go in soon..

Rear bumper has almost been smoothed fully, just need to sand it as i ran out of sand paper

It had it's first wash and wax in about 6 months.. :grin:
