Alternator Belt (Squeeking) (tighten it?)
Gear Box Oil
Coolant flush and top up
Possibly a new battery..
Clean up all intake internals or as much as you can get to?

Anything else anyone can suggest?

Good shout Shaun, will see if there is a performance fuel filter haven't heard of one before though..
i usually run about half a litre of fresh oil through to try and pick up anything that's left..

All breathing pipes will be recleaned again and the throttle body, good shout on that one!  :smiley:

So far i have only changed the fuel filter, it's fapping cold!!

Bought Oil and Oil filter, engine flush and coolant flush.

Need to get the gearbox sorted as it's started leaking as i scraped it from running too low!!  :grin:

What fuel filter did you get?

Just a standard replacement one. nothing fancy, couldn't find anything! lol
