cd player resets when turned of.

ive swapped my standard multichanger cd player in my leon to my kenwood cd player and now every time i turn it off its re sets its self so i have to programe the radio stations and music settings every time i use the car, worked fine in all my ohter cars what will be causing this?

swap the red and yellow bullet connectors round on the back of the stereo problem solved

i do this on my MK3 golf and the fuse blows in the box, its stressing me out. If i change the fuse to one over a 10amp it might blow something else?
