Calipers, carriers, discs and pads. think the brake hoses are the same

anyone know if this is a cheap conversion and how well they work.
I know i could go with the 312mm setup for around £150, but fancied something bigger

Disc prices have come down actually, it used to be impossible to get a set below £190 now you can get a set for £110. Clearly the cheaper manufacturers are in on them now.
You just need calipers, carriers, discs, pads.
