local motor factor. Poss flea bay but its better to spend that bit extra and get Genuine parts.

either a vw dealer or tps get oem vw parts may pay a little more but there the best parts to fit

I always think it is best to replace all the coil packs at once too - again, makes it a bit pricier, but will  help eradicate any weak spots for the future.

Code reader arrived this morning, here's the results:

1) Engine - No Codes, although it does flash something very quickly before saying no codes, cant read it's too fast

2) A/T - keeps saying "Link Error" with this one for some reason, quite annoying.

3) SRS - Code: 00532 01/01

4) ABS - No Codes


The booklet says the SRS code means: Transmission control module relay-supply voltage (B+) malfunction low battery or bad ground

Supply Voltage (B+)


So is that saying there's a battery problem? That wont be what's causing the engine problem will it?
