It's opposite the taxi rank outside the front entrance. Just checked and it's not covered on streetview

if so then mr jord is right... although there was only one drunk I can imagine that it is not too pleasant during the evening hours... we would need some type of security

the place with the stairs looks interesting, and allows you to shoot down or up

Not sure if it's the right location for rags to riches though, in my mind I'd be thinking Cinderella type, like an old kitchen, by an open fire near a coal shed etc.
