200 at the wheels is a general target.. so 220 - 240 at the flywheel

well when it was standardo with the r-tech map on then i was told 195bhp so im hoping with all the other mods ill be looking at 240 with a custom map. is that asking too much you think or will i need anymore mods?

with a good running healthy engine with the mods you listed then 230bhp is a reasonable target.

I used to run 198bhp on a AGU with the same mods apart from fmic, then i upgraded to a k03s turbo and now hitting 230bhp and 256lb/ft torque

id be very surprised if you got the 220 nick from r tech will tell u the agus arnt the same as the newer lumps so you should aim around the 200-210bhp mark ive got a lot more mods and a k04 and with a rtech remapp i will be looking at 260bhp so wth ur mods an a k03s 240 is very unrealistic on an agu lump

from what i got told by nick with a ko4 an all the mods i have uprated injectors ect ect im only looking at 260 so i would hae though to get near tht ud need a few more more thn whathe stated that was all

so with a k03s norm with a remap you get around the 210 mark..... slight more with fmic an a decat

I get so bored seeing how much power threads, its been covered 16 times a week on a k03s, then you get people saying "Frank said id get 900 though with my air filter."

bahhhhh...

Yep, its all crap. I reckon 260 bhp is awful in a FWD mk4 unless you drive over 80 all the time as 1st, 2nd and 3rd will serve no purpose under full throttle so will be not much quicker on the road than a 220bhp remap. IMO anyway. Plus corners are a bit of a challenge at the best of times. At the end of the day its quick.............for a Golf but not a fast car!
