GTI Owners On REVO

What map did you go for? 95 Ron or 98/99 Ron? I have the 95 Ron map but thinking in changing to 98/99 Ron as thats the fuel I use. Guy forgot to ask me and I forgot to say when I was getting it done, was more interested in seeing if it worked or not. Not sure if I am maybe safer sticking with the 95 Ron for now until i get my exhaust and induction fitted.

What do you mean by other settings?

Think am going to leave it on 95 ron just now and change it to 99 ron when am getting my exhaust fitted. Not wanting wanting to go stage 2 until I have the Forge Twintercooler on.

iirc - boost, fuel, and timing i think is the last one. These can only be changed if you went for the select + option. I have the select switch but not the software to change the settings.

Currently running in the number 4 switch position. Put some of that Octane booster sh!t into my tank lasttime I filled up. Says +4 octane so ide be running fuel at 103 octane rating. Seems to be alot better on economy when chilling. Seems abit more noise from engine under acceleration. Is it faster? Im not sure. Would I spend the £10 again on the stuff. Prolly not no. had to try it tho

I'm on 99, too. I was told the 95 setting would give about 20hp less. I filled up with 95 (on the 99 setting) once just to see and it felt more like 30hp less.
