My car has only 2 pedals
We've never met, but I'm assuming you only have two feet, so why would you want 3 pedals?

Oh dear!

DSG owners are lazy, simple. Thats why there cars are normally speced to the hilt as there cannot be arsed to do anything for themselfs.
Moving a foot is like to much hard work to a DSG driver.

I quite agree, I AM lazy. That's why I also enjoy having power steering, 4 electric windows (mine even has flick control, so I don't even have to keep my finger pressed down for 4 seconds, shudder the thought), automatic climate control, satnav, servo brakes...

And the best accessory of all: heated seats, so my metabolism can take time off and not even worry about keeping my body warm

Come to think of it, aren't cars for lazy people who can't be bothered to walk anyway?

I AM lazy too! But one notch less than you due to the manual gearbox!
The next car will be a fully fledged auto as I think this might prolong my life!

Am1w  you want a CVT that way you don't have to worry about power dropping off as it changes gear (as it dosn't) or the power of a gear change snapping your old weak spine in future years  A mates G35 saloons CVT box i find better than DSG

Thank you for being the rep for 'Age Concern' on this forum. Most grateful.
I will certainly seriously consider your advice, but I might not be willing for the next few years to put this into practice if you don't mind.
Any other suggestions are most welcome, especially from you, as I am beginning to trust you more and more as time passses.
Thank you once again for your concern. I am certainly feeling more protected now with your newly provided and genuine support.
