bunked off work early so popped to my mate's workshop and fitted the coilovers.

took a little longer than expected but i am not great with mechanical stuff. we decided to start off with it as low as it woild go! here's the result...

i think it is a little too low at the back, i like a bit of rake so will probably raise it 10mm or so but i am letting it settle for a week first.

felt funny putting fuel in it as the filler is so much lower now!

looking good, but not too sure on the colour of the wheels against the car colour  :undecided:

any wheel scrubbing issues?

I don't think a semi will give the same results

wheels will be powdered silver later in the year.

no scrubbing as yet. i gave it some beans last night and all was well. not had anyone inthe back yet though.  the arches were modified to fit the porsche wheels so they are reasonably cavernous

Yeah you like your saggy rears now don't you!

Looks great.. can't believe it doesn't scrub on bends up front.... if that's the case and you're worried about the rear, drop the front more.. bye bye helper springs!

Definately not going lower and going to try with the rear up a tad in a couple of weeks. .G'll also be putting the boxster wheels back on so may need to raise it a bit then anyway.  They have 205 45 17 tyres g60's have 195 50 on 15's.
