I might be able to lend a hand too mate, I'm only in Lincoln just off the bypass anyways, and I've done this before

I didn't worry too much about the loom, but I wish I'd had another pair of hands to help when I pulled the loom through, would have been much quicker. Its easy to roll the engine and gearbox out in one lump on a skateboard, but getting the other one in isn't as easy this way, a crane makes it a lot easier (I scratched some of my inner chassis legs fitting the engine on my own using a trolley jack).
