i want to keep the original cassette player but...

1.even on e-bay or at boot sales pre-recorded ones are hard to get....Anyone help?

2. Probably have to get a cd player that records onto a Cassette. used to be very common but not sure which one's do it. It seems they are either one only.

i just want to keep the GTI MK2 i have restored.

what was the original brand was placed in it...1989..2 door

Original fit I think was Panasonic, Blaupunkt and (maybe) Clarion?

I have the panasonic with factory 6 cd changer  :cool:
Or so i was told, is that not an option for you?  :rolleyes:
