Nice one... wheels look great! good job.

Height looks fine, if you drop another 10mm will it not be a bit close when cornering?... Just dropped mine another 10 and it's a little too much now.

Yeah it would prob scrub plus it's an everyday car that's mainly used for ferrying the kids and missus around so it don't need the hassle lol

Thanks for the comments, made all the hard work worth it. Never refurbing a set of wheels again! I'll get some better pics at work tomorrow, I need to see about adjusting the rear beam to get the wheels to sit right too.

On another note I've got myself an anniversary rep front valance for not as lot so I'll be getting that painted along with the skirts. No real reason behind it, just fancy a change from the 4motion front.

Thought I'd take advantage of the good weather and paint my inlet manifold with some black high temp paint

Will be fitting it back on tomorrow along with the power gasket

Power gasket fitted and inlet back on

Engine bay is how I want it now. Next plans are to fit the new exhaust bushes I've had kicking about for ages, realign the linkage on the gearbox and get my anniversary parts painted and fitted then that's it body wise, just the map to go and I'm done with modding it. Got more important things to spend my time on now

Another 10mm and that'll look ace. I love these wheels on the MK4, the same with the CHs, I think they both look better on the MK4.

Thanks mate, still debating on some new springs as it gets used as a family car so it might make it a bit harsh for the roads over here

The monkeys that did my tracking have chipped the black paint slightly on one of the wheels so need to blow that in in the week too
