theres a grommit on the passenger side behind the glove box mate, i had to remove the centre console (the 1 that runs under the handbrake) and had to remove the ashtray just to undo the glove box so i could get to the grommit as its up high behind the glove box, think ya can get to the same grommit where the air recirc filter is on the passenger side engine bay bit but cant remember 100%, might be worth checking before undoing all the glove box

You can get to the grommet from the front of the car, but it is worthwhile removing the centre console to remove the glovebox, then you can cut that little sneaky T**T of a bracket off so that if you need to access behind the dash in future, you can just pop the glovebox out.
Plus you can then do a tidy job and cable tie all your audio cables up to keep them neat.

Also, it is nigh on impossible to fish for the power cable once you have pushed it through the front.

its like a rubber stopper about the size of a 1 penny coin directly behind the glovebox
