I knew there was something else I should have mentioned, the Crank pulley issue!!

Anything else you can think of - throw it my way 

Want some decent power out of this for the money. Not got a budget for a big valve head.

Require the following:
pulley - 68mm maybe?
intercooler
Cam

and finish it off with a matched chip but unsure who to speak to at the moment. 

I've still got my custom Rallye chip 
Do you know Steven Pitt?  Sussex bunch does custom rolling road on actual road based upon how you drive!

A custom map is the way to go, but is usually more expensive.

It was the case that SNS was popular, mine is OK, but the AFR does go a bit haywire when she climbs up on boost. Rich though, not lean so can't be bothered to chase why.

Good stuff yes spoke to OCD. Will be ordering my oil cooler and G60 rebuild kit from them. 

The charger was rebuilt by jabbersport in 2004, driven for 1000-ish miles then taken out the car.

Some oily sludge can be seen here. Looks like oil seals weeping. Some corrosion on the shaft.

Very clean charger by the looks of it. Just slight corrosion to the magnesium displacer.



Apex seals look in good order but the displacer seals are brown on one side and yellow on the other. guess the brown ones are the old type?



Glad the charger looks to be fine or I would have left this conversion. Reminding you all it's a free engine here and building this on a budget.
