Parked next to a mate of mine there, he bought one of my old ibizas off me before he did that red sportback and lives near me!

Wheels look awesome on it, in that picture, have you been mucking about with coilover height? Looks like it's bang on there!

Scott you have hawk eyes  Yes I played with the height before the show. Still not 100% but will do for now and I ditched the helper springs which made height adjustment unaccurate.

Your mate is sound. Quality motor.

After using the black coolant cap one of the coolant plugs burst under pressure so the engine has been out.
List so far:

Brand new core plugs - Done 
Paint engine parts - Done
Paint chassis legs - Done
Wrap engine loom and general tidy -
Gearbox flange seals -

Just caught up on this, looks great. All the hard work has been worth it.

...and thats how it stands. Still lots to do as it's a mk2 but just don't have the time at the moment.
