Cool. I will have to try to get some money together and get these bought.

My dealer is telling me he can get the LED units that will just fit straight on. Will I need the adapters as my car was made before they came as standard?

From everything I know about these lights there is currently no plug and play version that doesn't require an adapter.

I have supplied nearly 20 sets of these lights to owners of various models and all have required adapters.

Yes the R ones are darker and the one's to go for.

Well, depends on the cherry.
Anyway, much more stylish looking than tarty looking GTi LEDs IMO.

According to the latest version of ETKA, the GTI and R LEDs are the same part number

^^^ Nope that's the GTI Edition (aka Edition 35) and not the GTI we currently have. If you look further down the list in ETKA you will find the GTD/GTI version

Received my lights today and must say a huge THANKS to SteveP and stokeballon for the arranging and distribution of this group buy.

First rate service 

Can't wait to get them fitted and they look totally cool  All I can say is that if you don't have em then you gotta get them
