Not really mods mine
1) 2 Gallon of waxoyl and still going

Snoopy, I'm not being funny , and maybe you just enjoy doing it, but waxoyling a modern car is pretty much a waste of time, because the corrosion protection put on by the manufacturer these days is so good [Particularly with a company like VW] You also have a 10 year anti-corrosion warranty.

To put it bluntly your wrong. Go take a look at your so called corrosion protected new car. Things i have pointed out before so i won't repeat them here.
The warranty you talk about take a look at the conditions. For one (and theres lots of interesting clauses) its corrosion from inside out only.
Cars nowadays are built to a price and cost cut were they car, there are looked on as a white good by manufacturers.

Maybe I've read it wrong but won't waxoyl just prevent corrosion from the inside out only as well?

Not if you put it on the outside of the box sections(that VW only prime on the outside).
VW only put waxoyl on the inside of the box sections, I wonder why they do that

You want to know another upside of waxoyling?
If you ever need to replace a component. Bottom ball joint, track rod end, damper, drop link, CV boot etc you can easily get the bolts loose as they have not rusted solid.
