used hammerite paint on mine and its stood up nicely to the "fast heat" i often get  :evil: ... use a soft small brush if that makes sence - not a brittle on. i used a brittle one doin the writing in red (not show in pic) and it just made life harder.



Would loads better if you removed it and painted the bottom runner.

Yeah my calipers are the same colour as the intake :)

Yeah, course you could.

I used it on both the block and head. Make sure you remove ALL oil traces - otherwise, it just won't bond properly.
