The Blackberry story to me that is the equivalent of not working...especially if you use it during work....

My collegues use also phones that now and than match......to me in an expensive car that is not accepted...so this story costed me a lot...but now I am a satisfied user...

Particularly cool was last week...my battery of the Nokia E-72 was down so the car was seeking a second user...the HTC of my wife next to me appeared on the MFD (also paired as second user) ...made contact and I had the complete ability (both phones synchronized with outlook) of my/our phonelist again....COOL

Hi Darren.
Sorry to go a bit off topic, but can the VW Factory Bluetooth kit work with the Blackberry
Bold 9700 and the iPhone 3GS?
Thanks.
AM
it works on Blackberry 9700, am using it.... but sometimes it does not connect so you need to Hard reset the blackberry to get it connected again, this usually happens if you turn ur car on for few minutes and turn it off and the blackberry is still connecting... so the Blackberry goes into lost mode and will not connect again until you hard reset.... hard reset = remove the battary when the Blackberry is ON or press ALT+Right Shift+Delete....

Can't be dealing with all that if this is what happens. Damn.
O why, O why is technology so sodding stupid sometimes!

Actually I am quite disapointed about this expensive VW Nokia Premium Carkit...it is simply not compatible friendly and 7 poor quality daft chosen ringtones....anyway I learned the hard way to deal with it ...

My previous much much cheaper Nokia VW-carkit...had all the ringtones (via my phone) you can think of and took all the phones with bluetooth.....so much for progression...

Nice.
But what's that fish on your rear and a green one at that!
Or, is it a shark?
We'll call your car Sharky!
BTW, I love your LED rear lights.

All my phone name says is:  "VW UHV Premium" ...how can I find out Darren...thanks in advance..

You need to look under your seat for the module which is in a foam box...it will give you a part number on the black box.

It is a shark I have caught several hundreds of them on rod and line ..(most of them approx. 1.50 mtr)

I was one of the first fishermen in your country and also Ireland (Kinsale) to tag and release them (in 1978 at an age of 14 years)
I still hold a dutch record for a Mackerel Shark (Porbeagle) 2.67 meter and 267 lbs (rare measure but honest)....Padstow (in 1982)

So I think am entitled to sticking such a badge (Paul&Shark) on it......I even have a dozen of their sweaters....hahahahahaha
I am still in doubt wether to stick an ABT on it....maybe a bit too much....actually I quite hate stickers and badges
(My wife wanted GTI on the back ) :undecided:
