hi,just finishing a few jobs to get the aum up to scratch! i have fund a few split air pipes, causing a major miss fire and engine light to come on, could or would anyone be able to tell me where i can get a set from or if they know that there is a few exact ones that corrode, i was expecting some dodgy pipes as the car is on 112k and they are all original excpt for a brand new one, which is tiny but main dealer only and cost £35. are all the pipes main dealer only? has someone got a set i could buy? should i finda scrappy and take them from there? whats the best move? cheers guys!

Best to get new as they'll only split again. Dealer only :( what ones were split?

there were a few to be honest, the one i replaced forked slightly and the original had loads of caked oil inide it, that one was split and also the one it connets to vertically underneath it, the plastic connector snapped, and i think there was another one further back towards the turbo.

You could always replace and bypass all that rubbish like i have with a catch can. Total about £80 which is a lot cheaper than all the hoses.

Very easy. You need some 19mm oil resiliant pipe and a 19mm t piece and a catch can. See my project thread for pics of mine!

thats cool, so by bypassing them will it cure my annoying misfire?

The can is made by saiko mitchi and can be had for £60 if you buy in a group of 3.
