trying to find out what coolant I need to top the water up on a sep 06 mk5 gti?

I'd also be asking why you need to "top up" your coolant...... after all, it's a sealed system.... leak?

You want VW G12+ coolant.....

No leak. Just it's a little below the top marker.

For some reason it is now called G12 PLUS PLUS

If its a little below the top marker its fine. It will find a level somewere between that. Mine is nearer the lower marker than top and is fine. You probs find you will top it up and it will just go back down to level it was at.

mine didnt always get the G12, whatever our lorries used went in when i got one of the lads to clean her for me! never had any issues!
