they have better lower back support which is also adjustable

they said becase its only just started to slip and its not that badly worn they wont replace for free.

so i convinced them to fit a new clutch for free and realse bearing and i pay for parts which totalled 250 i said i can get cheaper for same parts and i was not happy.

guy came back with 140 all in fully fitted bargain

Get them to check the condition of the flywheel though as its only a few bolts holding that in

dual mass flywheels are one of the worst inventions after the MAF

When VW first started using them there were no end of early failures 

They are designed to reduce cabin noise and vibration which they do very well up until the point they start breaking apart and become noisey and rattly

could be a number of things but its most likely one of them

other things include engine mounts, suspension bushes etc etc
