I had an update on this a couple of weeks ago as i'm waiting too, according to my local dealership the next "release" of that part is 4th December!

Mine has just arrived at the dealer and they left a message for me to book the car in for it to be fitted. Slight issue....... I have put the car in storage over the winter till mid march (when its due its service and back on the road). Hum

When i collected mine they showed me the idiot guide they got from VW but apparently the tech said it was an easy fix!

Yeah they are getting their 'Master Technician' to look into it for me!!!

I told them you go to YouTube and find the answer there....

I'm still waiting for them to call me back....

Got mine back from the dealer today. They've fixed this issue and a rattling door lock. They're always so polite where i go!

Had mine done today, noise has not completely gone but it is much much better !

Right so I have this rattle from the waste gate rod, just spoken to dealer who was suitably vague as expected.

Given them the part no. and asked them to investigate......

Will update once heard back from them.

This was discussed some time ago.I approached my dealer who also had not heard of this problem.I showed the service guy the thread from this forum and he ordered the part there and then.It was fitted a week later problem sorted.
