Lovely finish on the wheels. Wonder who did those

You will be amazed how true they run on the lathe.

Special work isn't it  Certainly can tell who has done them from a mile off.

Just got the waffle plates to sit correctly today. Off for a acid dip then paint during the week.

On my own set i machined more metal off the center part and the outer. Powder coating and thick paint might need skimming back off again.
tbh i like them not super flush or they look lenso fake sometimes lol.

Double check the barrel doesn't touch the coilover as yours have been taken back a fair bit.

do not over tighten any metal threaded centre nuts. The welding can distort the threads and we have had sets where they have to be cut out. Plastic threads if you can.

Yeah I know what you mean. I gave them to my friend to sort out as I am super busy at the moment with work and he sent these through of a before and after. I think they are pretty much spot on for whats needed.

Barrel clearance is all good. if any thing, the high offset will help me out as I need to tuck them under the arches. I just hope that they still clear the calipers more than the struts!

I have original plastic center caps too. Jeff did mention that as the first thing. I suppose all they would need doing if you really needed to run metal centres is have the threads welded up. Machined back then a new thread cut.

Good stuff!
The lengths we went into for a plastic set. I machined these and then they were later plated then chromed. Could not tell they were aftermarket!

Sorry to hi-jack. Keep the pictures coming. Love the work

They were the mock up's before machining into ali. Half and full height. The amount of time it takes just didn't make it worth while.
