porsch calipers picked up

Just picked these boxster s rears up for 190 pics dont do em justice theres good meat on the pads and overall condition is quite good no need for refurb or re- lacquering just need to get the adapters now (in post) and Lines off dave b then good to go..

Daft question but i assume Boxter rears are going on the rear of your golf?

goign on fronts just makes u wonder how piss poor the overall power of a golf is when the rears of a porsche are gonna be used as the fronts of a golf

I thought i'd read this somewhere but thought i was going nuts!

So i need to hunt for boxter rear calipers on ebay then? Are the boxter fornts too big to fit or something?

would be good if you could post up the cost of the Mounts for the caliper, brake lines and what size disc's your going to use and cost.

Don't you run these on 312mm discs? The adapters can be had off ebay for about the same as a set of 312mm carriers I think. Correct me if I'm wrong as I want to do this upgrade at some point!

Carriers are about £120
you can run 312mm discs or 325mm discs

I assume the disc size depends on what adapters you get?

no same carrier. you use some spacers/shims behind the carrier to make it clear the larger discs
