So anyone got a clue as to why I have the folding heated wing mirrors but not the dipping passenger mirror when reversing?

with regards to washer fluid on the bonnet, it only washes the lights when you have your lights on, or on automatic mode, therefore just turn the automatic lights off when you go to wash your screen,thats unless your driving at night of course
is thier a seperate tank for the lights washers or could you put a clip on the feeder pipe or something and hey presto never again if it worked and didnt cauuse any damage!
