inlet manifold and hoses

right i need to clean my inlet manifold i have had a quote off a garage for 117.50 for removal clean and to be fixed back on or should i try and do it myself??

just recieved my sfs hoses and wow they look good will be posting a build thread or everything soon hoses porsche brakes catch cn exhaust remap turbo clean everything

not really a hard job to remove if your handy with the spanners just needs patients and a good few hours and new gaskets and maybe some injector seals remember to keep them clean

what you mean injector seals? thought it was just metal manifold and the engine was just round chambers.
