There was no text missing,
I was just stating that it is totally awesome power after 4500rpm,
I raced my mate in his 8valve the other day and he was just about with me up until i went past the 4500rpm mark, And then i just left him for dead,
These 16valvers are just way faster than the 8valvers,,

YESSS Your right, I thought this was true until the unspeakable comment my mate left after driving my 16V: "It's quick but your Red 8v was quicker."

This is such a stupid post. If your 16V is flat all the way up until 4500rpm then its not setup right.

But when someone pops up and uses the word RETARD and says the thread is useless then obviously he didnt see the funny side of it did he,
Somepeople are just 2 serious on here,
I wasnt asking for advice or giving any advice i was just proposing that my car was AWESOME after 4500rpm, And i stick by that lol

Another Q: Is there much difference performance wise between 8v digi and 8v K-jet? Any 1 got a bhp torque chart? etc

Mines an 8v digifant PB engine code. Had it on a rolling road last year. It's completely standard except the pipercross panel filter and it's running 115.9 bhp with 132 ft/lbs torque got the print out somewhere... Hope that hlelps... Anyone done the same with a k-jet?

Standard 8v k-jet running "dangerously lean" put out 93.6 bhp and 98.2 foot-pounds at the wheels.

From my experience the digifant engine feels torquier than the k-jet, but the k-jet definitely feels quicker.....
