16v POWER

I gotta say that my gti 16v is not almighty fast up until i hit 4500rpm,  An then it just feels supersonic.
The 1st time it happened 2 me i had 2 check under the bonnet 2 see if it had a turbo attached 2 it,

Isn't yours on an engine stand and thus easy to check for this sort of spec detail?

Looked under the bonnet of mine recently and only found 8 valves.

I was slightly disappointed, but hey - it'll just have to do.

Nah its on a bench in the middle of rural lincolnshire

Mine is fast before 4500, up until 4500, and right the way past it aswell.

No turbo under the bonnet, just MASSIVE 8V POWER GRRRRR
