So after a 7 hour round trip I finally made it home with the Mk4, specs:

52 plate, 50k miles, a folder full of receipts & invoices from VW totalling 3k! Including a recent cambelt & waterpump change, its a 1.8t btw

Drives beautifully, it was mot'd this morning & passed with no advisories :cool:

A full machine polish & more pics to come!
