I would love a Mk5 lump, but the cost of the engine is still pretty hefty at the moment! :undecided:

Topher was supposed to be getting back to me with prices for a different conversion which isn't anywhere near as common as the 1.8T but will still be pretty interesting :lipsrsealed:

I'm not sure if I want to do a conversion or just sell up and buy something else with BAM power instead :evil:

I'll probably end up camming it over the next month or so and save for a different car!

how about a charged VR or turbo ?? 


can get mk 5 lumps alot cheaper than BAM/AMK's maate, i looked at them, i could have had a 30k lump for 1200, that half what a Good BAM / AMK goes for

I'm moving house & starting a new job in September so i'll have to wait until after then before any serious conversion talk can take place :grin:

For the moment some cams will be going in :wink:
