finally saw another GTI today - coming out of Hertford this morning, 59 in black - any of you lot?!

Nope but I saw a 59 silver GTI with 17" wheels around St Albans last weekend. Is that anyone on here ?

I see a twin of mine - black GTi drive up my road everyday in Croydon - makes me sad that I have to get the train to work and this person obviously drives to work!

i work at a large main dealer and we have an allocation of normally 2 per month... vw are very strict and will not allow any extra allocation. i ordered a gti in august and customer took delivery in feb!!!
there has been shortage of radios and steering wheels to add into the mix
as a dealer we are advised to quote 25 weeks for gti from vw!!!

I spotted my first mk6 GTI on the road today that was not mine  :grin:
A white one heading into Durham at around 4pm.  :smiley: .

I drove past a twin of mine this morning (3 door reflex silver) around Hemel Hempstead and then saw a 5 door parked up in a pub just outside St Albans.. Looks like Hertfordshire may be trying to recover the crown of the GTI capital of the UK again - and silver ones at that  :grin:
