Faulty ISV symptoms
« on: 04 March 2010, 20:25 »
I have searched all the ISV threads and no where does it state problems that are related to the ISV. I have a 16V KR and the ISV buzz's when the ignition key is turned, but when the car get warm it regularly cuts out when the revs drop.... Does this mean I have a faulty ISV? I did clean it with petrol as learnt from a thread but didnt work...

try unplugging the over-run valve, mine used to cut out due to this. its the black plastic thing behind the airbox
