Just had a call from my excellent dealership, Inchcape VW in Telford.
Given the new Reg No this morning.
Delivery on 22nd March as already mentioned.
Getting quite excited again!
About bloody time too!! What you doing with that Type R ?
It is being taken away on the 23rd March by Mercedes Benz Finance!
Strange that. They purchased it!
It is so filthy as it has not been washed nearly for 6 months! I have to organise a good valet today for Monday next week.
Sick of the hard ride and lousy mpg (never went over 21 mpg). But, what an engine, excellent space, very good reliability and top notch service from Chiswick Honda. Won't miss it as I am getting a far superior car.
Roll on the 22nd of March.

Them speed ramps OMG , i remmeber when i had my one brilliant gear box ,with the gear lever on the dash. But when i use to get out of the car on a long journy , boy was it tiring to drive. Revy engine loads tyre noise but a very quick car!! Honda's service was very good too. Bring on the GTI !! 
Tyre noise not too bad. Gearbox fantastic.
But that horrible ride. Even worse now with our pot holed roads.
OMG. It is as hard as a corpse on viagra!
