I wouldnt get the RS if I was paid to drive it... how do you ever tell someone that the wannabe bat mobile in the car park belongs to you?

could say the same about the focus i guess. atleast the golf got a new interior

ultimately the focus is an inferior car which ever way you look at it

good for the golf, i don't really like the focus either 

dont think i would ever buy a new car, think of the 2nd hand fun you could have for £30k

Also, when both modified they are capable of 370bhp each. weigh the same and yet the R still has the benefit of 4WD.
