On the BBS I run a 165/50 on a 8J

Lets hope the tyre never needs changing!

Its used daily throughout the summer

how bad did it effect the handling? also is the tyre wear a lot quicker?

Handled spot on mate and no, no fast wear either!

you just have to beware of the kerbs lol

mine are only 7j so wont be as much stretch , im very tempted to get the 165s then, just got to wait for the garage to re open due to snow

Just as a note mate, I think you will need to find someone who will special order the 165/50s as there a pretty rare size if I remember right!

Get them in Kumhos as far as I know and some other random widow maker brand as well
