head unit

hello to all and happy new year.  i bought a head unit off ebay and need it to power an amp, however there is no remote connection on the rear.  will i still be able to power the amp or is it a no go.

so you have no blue wire coming from the stereo
not a problem you can connect the remote live to the switched live which will be the yellow after you have swapped the red and yellow bullets round on the loom

hello thankyou for the the help, so basically the power going to the head unit. im not using the connector as the headunit plugged straight in.  cheers
