just been offered 7500 for my car

ive got a 54 plate golf gt fsi with 42000 on the clock
says its worth 7800 on what car
thats without the heated leather seats, 17s and the tracker i had put on it

i wanna sell it and look for a gt tdi but the mrs dont really want to sell.
what do you guys think
wants a gt tdi

Depends what TDI you want to get. The 140 will be slower than your current 2.0 GT FSI but the 170 will be nippier. I also think the GT Sport grille looks much nicer.

is a car thats been a cat D write off a bad thing

my mrs works for an insurance company and a lady drove into a lamp post and wrecked the front end. she took the pay out and let her husband who is a mechanic fix the car
its an o6 gt tdi 170 with 36000 and she wants 6500
wants a gt tdi

Go for the gt sport 170 tdi we run this and a gti and mid range grunt on the tdi easily matches the gti plus i also prefer the power delivery on the 170.

Bmw 320d has lot of problems engine wise including turbos.

That's not a bad price, considering it's age. I reckon you could easily fetch 8.5k, with it being low miles.

I'd go for the BMW - 1000 times better than the equivalent A4.
