i'd go with the ACC and stick with the cloth, I see loads of leather clad Golfs in pictures with badly creased thigh blosters on, almost new cars, that would bug the arse off me..

Once you start tinkering with the spec you might find it hard to stop...

I specified heated cloth + ACC and don't regret it at all. Leather is expensive, slippery, freezing cold in the winter, scalding hot in the sun and it cracks with age (I'm speaking from experience). The ACC provides much needed comfort on 'family trips'; standard suspension is way too firm for my liking.

The GTD is like a blow up doll. The GTI is like a proper woman. Sure the doll might last longer, and the woman might have higher running costs, but which would you rather have?

Heated cloth ? Dude seriously, it will take you 0.01 secs to heat cloth from your own body. If it was leather, I'd understand. If its a choice, keep the leather. It looks classy as hell in the GTI.

GTI mk6, 3dr Manual (Yes Manual! If I wanted a Taxi I'd hail one, not spend £1500 on one), Candy White, Full Leather, Xenons, ACC, 18", RCD510 + Dynaudio, DAB Radio, Winter Pack, Luxury Pack, Fiscon Bluetooth Plus, Golf R LED's.

You have obviously never tried heated cloth, it's far warmer than body temperature.

Heated cloth is the most ridiculous thing ever.

Nah, doesn't even come close to Ambulance White on a Golf GTI, especially with full leather. Whatever that's supposed to mean
