No-'fraid not mate. I was told to expect a call back today but no joy.. I was more concerned about the build week if I'm honest but now that's been confirmed I'm more relaxed  :smiley: I'll leave it for a few days then chase them up as that's how it seems to work with my dealer..

Any update from you, mate ?

You got an ETA yet Snoops?  I'm seeing my dealer on Monday to talk about Gap insurance.  I'm debating to go for the Autoglym as well.... Hmmm...

I had a phone call yesterday im getting an update the 1st of March at the latest. Im told within the first 3 weeks of March for collection.

No update from me. I was told to expect an update a week ago today and heard nothing so I emailed him on Tuesday and... still nothing...

Oh well I was probably expecting too much I guess

Just got a call from the car rental company, Europcar.
They are replacing the Fiesta for Golf this morning, result!!!!!!

Im not sure what you mean?
Do you mean you orderd a GTI and that i made a mistake on the table on page one and put you down as a GTD?
Or are you asking if im getting a GTD or GTI? Im getting a GTI but im sure there will be times i wish i had got the GTD :smiley:

Can't quite believe this whilst I type but I've had confirmation that my car is now being built ! The dealer said it's in production phase 1 which I'm guessing is the colour and the standard GTI spec production? If anyone knows, I'd be interested to find out. He also said he'll lock the gates if it arrives before March so it won't get registered before then  :grin:

I've also had confirmation that I'll get free GAP insurance as well. Bit of a result so I'm a happy boy  :smiley: :smiley:
