It's beyong a joke. I remember a couple of years back, VW stopped taking orders for one of the TSI engines for the golf match, and re-started selling the 1.6 FSI engine due to the back log... seems like they haven't got their act together yet... come on VW.

^ They did for a short time fit the 1.8TFSI unit in the mk6 golf due to a shortage of the 1.4TSI160 unit.

VAT RISE
Autoexpress this week have a two page article about VAT and how different makes are handling it. Maybe worth a read in the local library of your choosing. :evil:

Almost makes me want to go out and order one just to get on your table  :grin:

Just an idea but maybe have:

date ordered
original build week
build week moved to
delivered

incorporated into the table and then you can see at a glance if any of the options are causing the build weeks to move etc??

Hello all,

Joined the forum a few weeks ago and learning lots. Mainly how long i am going to have to wait for my lovely new gti !!!

Ordered earlier this week and wanted delivey mar 1 ( ha ha). We will wait and see but not confident.

Just for info purposes my spec was:

Solid black
3 door
Manual

18" monza alloys
winter/luxury pack
flat tyre indicator
