Well after may months of hard work i finally fitted my Custom Powder Coated Audi TT subframe, Quick Rack, TT wishbones, TT hubs fitted with Custom OE R32 disc's of Dave Brown who had the 'J' hooks added to them, looks really trick too  to comfort the disc's I've fitted fully refurbished Porsche 996 calipers with custom billet adapters, really pleased with the how its all looks and performs.

Oh forgot to mention that I've fully polybushed the whole car at the same time, and fitted new Coilovers to allow for the TT anti roll bar set up, And a pair of HELL Braided Lines, theres still a bit of fine tweaking to do but I'm getting that all sorted this week

One brand new powder coated subframe fitting nicely into place
ECS Dog Bone bush fitted
AP Coilovers, Disc's, and Calipers fitted perfectly and looked the dogs dodars !!!
A few pics of where I've polybushed
HELL Braided Lines fitted just to finish things off nicely
The final product and i think it's turned out pretty nice if you ask me

Hey there people, well what can i say, you replace one part and another parts dies on you

Whilst i was out bedding in the new porsche calliper set up, my clutch started to slip !!! Arrrrrrrr.......

So decided to speak to a company in the US called Spec Clutches recommended by Bill at Badger5, so gave them a call on the monday and ordered a stage3 carbon clutch and aluminium billet flywheel all for the amazing price of £550 inc shipping, but had to pay the dreaded import tax

Couldn't believe my eyes when a UPS van pulled up friday and delivered the clutch !!!

Opened the box and was made up with what i saw, check it out

Should hopefully be fitted this week, but I'm thinking of getting a LSD and installing that at the same time, need to decide which one to go for :undecided:

After fitting the oil catch can and being a atmospheric set up, i noticed that the breather filter was spitting out a fine mist of oil over a period of time, i took one look at it and didn't like what i was seeing, so spoke to Baxxy and he point me in the right direction of how to sort it out.

I needed to remove the breather filter on the catch can, then run a pipe from where the filter used to sit, and then back to the TIP, to where i'd put the ally bung, but also had to put the UFO back onto the TIP, this now made it an recirulation catch can, started up the car and seemed to run better, and no more Spitting OIL
job done !!!

Cheers Baxxy
