Thanks for the detailed post Tony

I started the policy with three years then ran the full course of the 12 months meaning I should be getting my fourth year through. I will give them a ring again tomorrow, I did ring up and say that I was going to be cancelling once the policy was complete. Sorted, they atmited they where wrong after pulling my file and have got a 4 years cert in the post for me.
