disconnect the wiper stalk and see if the buzzing stops, if it does I'd say its the stalks at fault. might just be a loose connection to the stalks, make sure they're all plugged in fully.

check the wiring from the stalks down to the fusebox, sounds liek a dody wire. if one loom has melted could explain why the wipers have packed in as well.  luckily all the stalk loom is all seperate so dead easy to swap if it has melted :)

iv found problem to buzzing relay seems to be from clocks
found out what was indector light and cut wire from clocks and stopped buzzing
and indectors working. still hasnt solved wiper issue tho. checked wires no splits
loose ones
cant see it being clocks casuing this or am i missing something

Errr, there's a buzzer in the clocks, which could well be buzzing either if you're down on pressure on the engine (which is when it's supposed to go off) or if there's a fault in the clocks it could go off.

More likely that than a relay bu the sounds of it.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.
