Thanks Mr Dave Needs a bit of tidying up but its much cheaper than buying something off the shelf  

well its taken a lot less time to fit this than my auto dimming mirror    That's next on my list.....I think

You can't go wrong with the newsouth gauge,did you fit the resistor? I still need to do mine.

Resistor?    do you mean the 'no buzz' piece? 

I got one to fit as the one supplied with my kit doesn't fit the take off on my EGR delete pipe - thread is different so I had to get the 1.8T piece and mod it to fit though I need to blank off one end which is tomorrow's job

No,mine came with a little resistor to fit into the illumination wiring,it dulls the illumination so it's a perfect match to the clocks.Maybe they have perfected the colour now.

ah right - didn't get anything like that; just some scotch locks, cable ties, and some piping

when did you buy yours Patch? Didn't get one with mine and that was over a year ago I think
